Tony teaches Salsa at the Bungalow Club on Wednesdays (7174 Melrose, Los Angeles). Open dancing after class. From 7:00 - 12:00
This is a real cool venue for anyone interested in learning salsa (with flava) in a non-threatening atmosphere. DJ Jaime plays a very good mix of Afro-Cuban salsa - the kind you can really groove to - and he does take requests.
Men are particularly needed. If you know Tony, he always brings the women out. We need more men to keep the ladies busy (smile).

No More Bungalow Club
As you know, consistency is very important in the life of a salsa venue and for someone who attempts to promote salsa. Dancers (and promoters) need to know that their "joint" is going to be open for dancing as advertised and promoted. Because of the number of cancellations, sometimes last minute cancellations, of Salsa Wednesdays, due to private parties at the restaurant, there will no longer be salsa there in their upstairs room.
As this is being written, Tony is negotiating with another venue in the West Los Angeles/East Beverly Hills area that offers a atmosphere and ambience appropriate for salsa, ample free parking, and a commitment to the venture. Will keep you posted on the return of Tony's unique "Old School or Soul Salsa". Tony can be reached directly at elpanaattractions@yahoo.com or 213 880-7603.
